Co-Founder & Technical Director
Jacques is an internationally qualified specialist with over eight years of hands-on experience in the water treatment industry. As a former Technical Operations Manager, Jacques has built a reputation for analytical thinking and a "perfection-first" approach to problem-solving. His expertise lies in the seamless execution of technical installations and the optimization of water systems to ensure long-term viability. For Jacques, every project is an opportunity to create a "better tomorrow" through engineering excellence.
Ben Kilpin
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Ben is a Water Process Professional and a graduate of the University of Cape Town (BSc in Oceanography and Sustainability). His career has taken him across the African continent—from the copper mines of the DRC to projects in Malawi, Mozambique, and Zambia. Ben specializes in large-scale infrastructure and process management, recently overseeing the installation of multi-million-liter industrial systems. He brings a unique perspective that blends scientific understanding with the logistical expertise required to execute high-stakes projects in remote environments.
